  5. The Terminal Room Workgroup (TRW) is responsible for making recommendations to
  6. EDP Managers regarding working and environmental conditions in Room 3728. Based
  7. upon the TRW recommendations, the EDP managers will make decisions that will
  8. impact users of Room 3728.

  10. This questionnaire is designed to help the Terminal Room Workgroup determine the
  11. needs of the users of Room 3728. With the information supplied by this survey,
  12. we will be able to make more informed recommendations.

  14. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS BEING CIRCULATED TO EVERYONE IN SMD AND StSD. WE ENCOURAGE
  15. EVERYONE TO COMPLETE THIS QUESTIONNAIRE.
